Went here to get my granddaughter school shoes and was extremely disappointed by the staff. They measured her feet and then brought out a completely different size. She has very skinny feet yet tried to tell us she needed the wide fitting even though she told them over and over that they felt too big. Will not be coming back.

Ordered two pairs of brooks adrenaline wide fit, to my home in Birmingham England. on Donahys website and the price was £10 less the rest of the internet suppliers. So pleased with the trainers, they are so comfortable they were a blind buy after doing research for flat feet where I also wanted a wide toe box, for a trainer for work, gym& walking around. Can really recommend Donahys and Brooks Adrenaline!

Donaghy’s is a great Department store with the most friendliest, professional and polite staff that will go the extra mile to ensure customer happiness, nothing is too much. The store has all to offer in latest fashion trends and one of the best stores that has stood the test of time . My recent experience - I live away from home and wanted a particular shoe - I messaged the store & they called me this morning without delay. , my shoes in stock , purchased over the phone and I’m looking forward to receiving them. tomorrow - also shipping & returns free - that is another winning point and unique for a small family business - this highlights , they put their customers first as priority.
